Do I have to file the claims?
No. Just share your insurance benefits with us and our team handles everything from there — submitting claims and following up with your insurer — so you're never stuck doing the paperwork.
How do I check my benefits?
You don't have to figure it out alone. Send us your insurance information and we'll look into your out-of-network benefits for speech, OT, PT or ABA for you.
My child has an IEP. Is there a cost?
CPSE (ages 3–5) and CSE (school-age) related services are arranged through your school district at no cost to your family. COG holds CPSE contracts with both Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Please note that we don't currently offer SEIT through CPSE.
My child is under 3. Can you help?
Yes! We see lots of Early Intervention–aged children through insurance and private pay. We just don't provide services through the Early Intervention (EI) program itself.
How long are sessions?
We value quality over quantity, so we don't offer the 20-minute sessions you'll find at many places around Long Island. We recommend the session length and frequency that's best for your child — not our pockets.
