What makes us different

We don't hire just anyone.

Every person on our team is chosen because they share our philosophy: neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered care that meets each child exactly where they are. Credentials get someone an interview. Fitting our philosophy gets them on the team.

  1. 01

    Overqualified ABA providers

Every one of our ABA providers is also a special education teacher. That's more training than the role requires — and it means your child's behavior support is grounded in how children actually learn.

  2. 02

Hired for philosophy, not just a license

We're selective. Every SLP, OT, PT, BCBA and teacher on our team must share our neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered approach before they ever meet your child.

  3. 03

    Founder-led clinical care

Our SLP co-founders, including a PROMPT Certified team lead, stay hands-on in evaluations, treatment planning and progress monitoring.

  4. 04

    One team around your child

Speech, behavior, OT, PT and education specialists collaborate on one plan — so your child gets coordinated support instead of separate providers working in silos.

  5. 05

    Functional and evidence-based

Every therapy we provide takes a functional approach — building the skills that matter in your child's real, everyday life — while staying aligned with evidence-based practice.

  6. 06

    ABA where life happens

We provide ABA at home and in the community, so skills are learned in the real routines and places your child uses them — and parents are part of every step. Why it matters

Our promise

Quality over quantity.

We recommend what's best for your child — not what's best for our pockets.

  • No 20-minute sessions. Unlike many places around Long Island, we don't rush children through short sessions. Every session is long enough for real progress.
  • Honest recommendations. We suggest the services and frequency your child truly needs — never more just to fill a schedule.
  • Connection over compliance. We build trust first. A child who feels safe and understood learns far more than one who is simply told what to do.
  • Bridging the gap. Between home, school and therapy — and between where your child is today and where they can go. It's the heart of everything we do.

What we do

Every plan is built around your child's strengths, learning style and goals — and coordinated across disciplines when your child needs more than one kind of support.
